Composite fillings, also known as tooth-colored fillings, are designed to match the color of your teeth, so they can be used in even the most visible locations in the mouth. After application, the goal is for your tooth to look like it did before it was damaged.

If you need to replace a missing tooth or multiple teeth, implants are an ideal solution. An implant replaces the root of the tooth with a titanium post, and a final restoration such as a crown, bridge or denture can be attached to the implant to restore function and chewing ability.

If found, we will suggest Periodontal therapy, which includes a deep cleaning, called scaling and root planing to remove plaque and calculus from the tooth surface. The goal of Periodontal therapy is to restore health to your teeth and gums.

At Lamar Dental, we strive to ensure that our procedures are as safe, quick, and painless as possible. When you first come in with an endodontic issue, we will make a thorough assessment and identify the cause of your inner tooth issue. First, we will take x-rays, then Dr. Dunn will gently file the infected tissue out of the affected tooth’s root canals and replace the void with a dental filling material.
